Abstract:In collaboration with Emons Group and Bullit Digital, this bachelor thesis explores a way to utilize real-time data streams using the Open Trip Model (OTM) data messaging format. The outcome of the research provides a dashboard that visualizes transport performance in form of several Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are gathered by literature search and interview. Final KPIs are then chosen to be implemented in the dashboard using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The raw data used to visualize performance in form of KPIs are formatted based on the OTM. The dashboard is made in Microsoft Power BI and is interactable. The KPIs measured are Weekly Orders Processed, Average Deliver Time per Kilometer, Average Hours Late per Order, Complete Order Fill-Rate, and On-Time Delivery %.
