| Abstract: | Interviewing in a virtual reality environment has become a popular remote recruiting method, which not only reduces interviewer costs but also mitigates discrimination issues. Conducting interviews in virtual reality offers a wide range of environmental choices, such as room scenes, the appearance of the participants, and even the voice that can be adjusted according to needs. Specific configurations can have the additional effect of reducing negative interviewee emotions such as anxiety. This study will analyze how different virtual reality interview scenarios affect interviewees' anxiety levels. |
