| Abstract: | Artificial intelligence has been on the agenda of numerous companies lately. Although primarily employed to facilitate prospects for risk reduction and profit maximization, the technology is increasingly driving the sustainability initiatives of businesses as well. This paper aims to demonstrate how Microsoft, Google, and Apple are using AI systems to support their ESG and CSR initiatives. The benefits of AI for social good will be illustrated through an in-depth analysis, which will also discuss the dangers and mitigation strategies related to the innovation. |
