Abstract:This master thesis has the following problem statement “How could X increase its user friendliness with regards to the information on costs of investments for investors, keeping in mind regulatory needs and how should X show these costs omnichannel?” After some brainstorming within X the idea was trying to build a predictive forecasting model for those new investors interested in execution only. The idea is that new investors get insights in the cost for transactions as well as a prediction for the service fee. The overall was thus to forecast the transaction fees by client segmentation.
