| Abstract: | The theory of preferred customer status is described and used as a tool to create interviews for the case study. The case study focuses on Paauwe Installaties and three of their suppliers. Paauwe Installaties does not work with scarce resources, and is therefor and interesting case to be used on if a preferred customer status is viable in this market. The results are described and discussed to create conclusions for Paauwe Installaties and answering the research questions. |
