Abstract:360-degree performance feedback is used widely in organisations as a system for providing multi-dimensional feedback. Every employee in the organisations participates in the evaluation process. As the results of the feedback do not always have a positive impact on the employees. If the results negatively affect the employees themselves, it can impact on their attitude towards work. This paper focuses on employees' perceptions of 360-degree performance feedback and explores what can be improved about 360-degree performance feedback in organisations from the employees' perspective in order to bring about a positive impact on employees' attitudes. This study conducted interviews with employees who work in an organisation that has implemented 360-degree performance feedback. The results of the interviews revealed that in order to have a positive impact on employees' attitudes, from the employees' point of view, the organisation should increase the frequency of implementation and create an environment that is safe and secure for them. In the future, there could be more diversity in the type of organisation for research.
