Abstract:The ongoing confusion about the role of Global Talent Management (GTM) might hinder to establish a widely acceptance of the effect of GTM in Organizational Performance (OP). This paper contributes to the existing literature by offering a contingency model that is built by means of a structured literature. Internal alignment between Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture, Leadership Philosophy and Business Strategy and Organizational Size is suggested as crucial to improve OP.
