| Abstract: | Nowadays, firms focus on process improvement to attain competitive advantage and the enterprise resource planning system has become a key instrument for this purpose. However, progress in enterprise architecture design calls for quantitative analysis techniques which are only partially developed today. This paper aims to offer an insightful case study about analytical analysis of business processes and their underlying information systems.
