Abstract: | This research provides insights into the theory of effectuation and the view of 10 employees of five small-medium enterprises (SMEs) in similar maturity stages. Their opinion and reasons on executing hybrid thinking methods in their organization was collected. The research is based on the five dimensions of the two decision making methods effectuation and causation namely being taking action (1), risk and resources (2), competition (3), contingencies (4) and focus of control (5). |
