Abstract:This paper is about the implementation process and development of feedback systems in a serious game used for asphalt road paving education. The game itself was initially far from complete and required more features and polishing before it could be used. During this project significant development progress has been made; the game was polished on a technical level, multiple tests have been conducted, the feedback screen has been overhauled to be more appealing and a direct feedback system has been implemented. From this point more features can be added. The feedback system implementation is a step forward according to established learning theory, but more research should be conducted into the impact of these changes and how they can be improved.
