Abstract:In today's society stress increases. For reducing it, a positive psychological intervention was applied by five participants over a period of two weeks. It was investigated whether well-being or self-image will improve after scoring and monitoring oneself on ten behavioral strengths developed by Van den Driessche (2016). It turned out that two weeks are too few to see a change but still awareness increased among the participants which offers a great contribution for society.
