| Abstract: | Power-Packer desired a way to create more insight into their procurement spend. To this end a model was designed to produce a spend analysis. Desired data was identified, then transformed into correct forms and errors were extracted. Using this data a dynamic visual dashboard was created with which the firm can actively produce information based on past data providing them with more insight into their procurement spend. With the provided model it will be possible for them to recreate the model periodically to maintain current insight. |
