Abstract: | This MSc. thesis treats the case of the Karel Doorman Rotterdam. The company wants to turn this successful and innovative project into a replicable product. In terms of business model theory they want to change the value proposition and earning model. This research focusses on the effects and business consequences of this change on the value network of the project/product. The value network is expressed in roles and risks. To compare the project situation with the product situation we introduce a new mapping method, the Roles and Risks Breakdown structure (RRBS) which is based on several method found in literature. |
