Abstract:Three types of workload were measured in a control room setting. Existing methods for measuring workload in such settings have been researched, based on these methods the cognitive, subjective and physiological workload types were selected to be measured at a ProRail control post. Methods to measure these types of workload have been adjusted or extended to be usable at ProRail. Workload measurements were performed in a real-time setting and integrated in the operational environment at ProRail control post Zwolle.
