| Abstract: | Many aspects of effective leadership have been studied for decades, especially various styles of leaders. However, not yet many studies have taken into account the influence of nonverbal behaviour on effective leadership. It is known that in human conversations, how one behaves nonverbally is often more important than the verbal behaviour of the content of this conversation. Therefore, this research has conducted two independent studies focusing on this suggested relationship. |
