Abstract:In this research paper an answer is given on the following question: Which 3D print products can NetzoDruk offer based on her current resources and customers? To answer this question, the research is based on the theory of Effectuation. The strategic resources and core competences of NetzoDruk are mapped, the customers of NetzoDruk are analyzed and 3D print products that are valuable for those customers are examined. The main recommendations are to offer the possibility to copy museum pieces, to print standards or brackets for museum pieces, to print molds for museum pieces, to print models for architects, to print little personalized objects and to find a partner which can print plastic or metal.
