Abstract:The educational system, which is constantly changing, requires a lot of teachers. Dealing with educational reforms obviously is an important quality of teachers. This research is focused on self-efficacy of teachers regarding educational reforms and the influence of resilience and educational attitudes. The hypotheses are examined with questionnaires, completed by teachers in secondary education (N=471). The results indicate that both the student-oriented educational attitude and resilience are positively related to self-efficacy of teachers regarding educational reforms. The content-oriented educational attitude is negatively related with self-efficacy regarding educational reforms. Conclusion is that the self-efficacy of teachers regarding educational reforms depends partially on educational attitude and resilience. The results don’t identify an interaction effect. So, combining the educational attitude and resilience has no significant effect on the self-efficacy of teachers regarding educational reforms
