Abstract:This study examined the relationship between satisfaction with HR practices, organizational, career and job commitment and turnover intention. The study was conducted among the employees of Eaton Holec in Hengelo. There is scarcity on the labour market for higher educated technicians, therefore reducing turnover intention is important for Eaton Holec.
