Abstract:Trust plays a significant role in everyday life and it is hard to think that without trust the world would be where it is today. Issues and conflicts are also part of everyday life and can damage the level of trust extremely, in both personal and business relationships. Much can be gained by identifying the problems and restoring the trust level, but unfortunately, not everyone seems to recognize this opportunity. How to deal with issues and how to choose appropriate interventions are key topics in this Master Thesis. The research objective is to develop a model that identifies interventions to solve trust issues in interorganizational relationships. The focus is solely on trust between organizations and the personal factor is not taken into account.
